Innocence Agency: Phase One
DISCOVERY
Let's see how this can help your specific situation of lost innocence
NOTE: You can shape this service by sharing what you specifically need. It will continue to evolve to fit the needs of each one trying it.
1. Estimated innocence score
Let's start with the obvious
The higher the estimated innocence, the more this service could lead to good outcomes. We will explore ways to improve the score. We will also explore an alternative to the problematic legal process. Then strategize how best to move forward.
2. Only law? Or love too?
Two paths: litigation & resolution
We help the innocence claimant pursue official exoneration through the courts. This is the litigation path, with all the limits of legalism. We simultaneously try to resolve affected needs of all involved. This is the resolution path, raising the bar to demonstrated mutual love.
2. Needs before laws
Start with the needs that laws serve
In contrast to lawyers, we put your unchosen needs ahead of chosen laws. This service applied anankelogy, the new social science for the disciplined understanding of needs. This adds a dimension of accountability sorely lacking in the legal profession. You can help us demonstrate its potential to help them reach their goals.
3. Orientation to this alternative
Let's make sure this is a good fit for all
This alternative is so new and different, that it may not be a good fit for everyone. At least not at first. It could put you on an emotional ride that crushes your conventional expectations. If ready to go beyond convention, and step beyond the adversarial approach of the judicial system, then you may find this to be just what you need.
4. Paperwork to get started
Let's get the paperwork out of the way
The claimant (and proxy) first provides a baseline of where they are at emotionally in their pursuit of justice, to compare later with any progress. Any proxy must complete and submit a proxy form to continue. The claimant is asked to grant permission for us to use the information provided in the EIR. Finally, a service agreement form is signed. Then we can proceed with this unique journey for justice.
Now let's look inward so we can take on this wrongful conviction together.
