Minutes prior to our scheduled start time, I will text you via SMS that I will be ready to start promptly at the start time you booked. I count on you to make the most of your paid session by starting promptly. I trust you to understand why I must end promptly by the scheduled end time. If my schedule is open, you can request we continue for another ten minutes. Otherwise, I must terminate the call at the scheduled time to be fair to others. If we continue, you will then be billed afterwards. You will not be able to schedule another session until your invoice is paid in full. This ensures fairness to all. We typically use Facebook Messenger, so you will need to 'friend' me if you have not already. If you prefer an alternative app, please let me know so I can accommodate you. I anticipate ironing out any technical difficulties early in our first online session together. If we experience any technical glitches that prevent us from starting on time, or disrupts our session for more than a minute, we can discuss options via email. Cancellation Policy

You can schedule a session until one hour before it begins. However, we recommend scheduling 24 hours in advance to avoid any mishaps. The sooner you lock in your scheduled time, the better we can serve you. If you need to cancel, please let us know 24 hours in advance. You are allowed to cancel at least an hour before start time to avoid getting charged. If you absolutely must cancel minutes before your scheduled start time and find you are charged for your no-show, contact us about a potential refund.
