Justifism defined

 

Justifying irrational processes and outcomes of the adversarial justice system;

uncritical acceptance of the mostly nonscientific process of arbitrary judicial processes;

believing generalized categories like guilt-and-innocence reflects nuances of reality; 

siding with apologists for adversarial justice while ignoring its damaging downsides; 

rationalizing unjust objectification of human subjects in the name of justice.
